Job Description

About the Role:

Adagio is looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced property team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable, efficient, dependable, and proactive. You will play an important role in keeping the property safe, functional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of property maintenance issues.
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify potential problems.
• Help keep the property safe, clean, functional, and well maintained.
• Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Track, document, and report maintenance issues to management.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest practical solutions.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time across multiple requests.
• Work independently while communicating clearly with management and other team members.
