Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Corporate & Business Travel Partners Sales Manager to drive our corporate distribution and business travel sales in the UK market. You will manage and grow relationships with
Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Consortias as well as some direct Corporate Clients.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will strengthen existing partnerships, identify and secure new business opportunities, and represent Adagio at key industry events to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Travel Partners Sales Management & Development (45%)
- Manage and coordinate existing business travel agency partnerships to achieve your portfolio’s goals.
- Develop new relationships and partnerships in the UK market to expand Adagio’s portfolio
- Provide recommendations for both short- and long-term sales strategies, and implement corresponding action plans.
- Support and execute new sales, media, and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with Accor Group Account Managers to promote Aparthotels Adagio within shared client networks.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Corporate Sales Management & Development (35%)
- Manage, develop and retain a portfolio of strategic B2B clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure their proper implementation.
- Build and deploy your annual sales action plan to achieve the set objectives.
- Develop your portfolio through targeted hunting and prospecting activities.
- Increase the brand’s visibility and awareness among key market players.
- Maintain a regular field presence with clients, partners and properties within your scope..
- Reporting, Tools & Market Insights (20%)
- Produce regular sales reports in line with Adagio guidelines.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce), partner databases, and relevant tools.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis, sharing insights with the wider team.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in building, managing, and developing a B2B customer portfolio.
- Strong commercial acumen and persuasive communication skills.
- Independent, proactive, and creative mindset.
- Passion for customer relationship management and business development.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the hospitality and business travel sectors and TMCs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, and Cvent tools.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills (Power Point proficiency).

Work Environment & Travel Requirements
London-based role with hybrid working: 3 days/week at an Adagio property, remainder from home.
- Travel within the UK for client visits and events (approx. once per month).
- Occasional international travel for trade shows (approx. twice per year).
- Travel to Adagio Headquarters in Paris (1–2 times per quarter).
