Adagio adapts to suit all guests' needs. Our ranges of serviced apartments have been designed to match customer requirements and provide maximum comfort: Adagio Access, Adagio or Adagio Premium. London Stratford offers spacious, comfortable apartments furnished in a warm style. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area to help you feel at home. The aparthotel has a gym, shared kitchen, mini market and free Wi-Fi.

Job Description

First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.   • Quality: You guarantee an optimum guest experience at all times, anticipating and managing every situation in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Control: You are responsible for processing and following up on all booking requests. You ensure to follow and apply all standards and procedures including billing and cashing in.
  • Sales: You master and value our offer and loyalty program toward all our customers. You follow up and are proactive to develop revenue and sales.

This is a part-time position, 2 days per week, with a rotating roster mix of early shifts (7am-3.18pm) and late shifts (3pm-11.18pm). Available to work weekdays and weekends.
