As an Ambassador at Adagio Aparthotels, you will provide an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. You will ensure guests feel welcomed, anticipate and manage their needs, and maintain high service standards throughout their stay.
Provide a memorable first impression and create a welcoming environment. Assist guests with any questions, requests, or concerns to maximize satisfaction. Process and follow up on all booking requests, ensuring compliance with billing and cashing procedures. Maintain booking accuracy and update records promptly. Promote the Adagio offer and loyalty program to encourage repeat business. Anticipate and manage situations to prevent and resolve issues promptly. Support revenue generation by identifying upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or guest-service experience preferred.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, energetic, outgoing, caring, and audacious.
Additional Information:
- Part-time position: 2 days per week; rotating roster of early shifts (7 am–3:18 pm) and late shifts (3 pm–11:18 pm).
- Availability on weekdays and weekends is required.
