First impressions are everything! As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the breakfast buffet
- Answer all questions about beverages and the food
- Ensure quality service in the Breakfast area and kitchen
- Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more
- Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness
- Apply safety regulations
- Comply with equipment usage guidelines
- Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant
- Ensure your work area is clean
- Organize your work and work area professionally
- Clean and clear the breakfast area
- Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel experience preferable
- Guest oriented & problem solver
This is a part-time position 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays). Rotating roster mix of early shifts (6.30 to 2.48pm). Available to work weekdays and weekends.
