Adada Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a reputable NHS hospital based in Telford, UK. Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists
- Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
- Providing support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life
- Monitoring patients' progress and responding to changes in their condition
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Participating in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in an NHS Hospital
- Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
- At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID-19
- Has a valid DBS certificate (on the DBS update service)
- Has a valid MAPA or BILD Accredited PMVA training certificate
- Indemnity Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate; ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays; driver preferred but not mandatory
