Adada Healthcare Services is currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a reputable NHS hospital based in Telford, UK. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing nursing care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and psychiatrists
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
  • Providing support to families and carers, as well as helping patients to manage their conditions and improve their quality of life
  • Monitoring patients' progress and responding to changes in their condition
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
  • Participating in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in an NHS Hospital
  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  • At least 6 months of working experience with a valid UK visa
  • Vaccinated against Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tuberculosis, and COVID-19
  • Has a valid DBS certificate (on the DBS update service)
  • Has a valid MAPA or BILD Accredited PMVA training certificate
  • Indemnity Insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate; ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays; driver preferred but not mandatory
