About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bid Administrator to support the bid and tender process across two dynamic companies Russell Play and Wicksteed Leisure. You will be instrumental in managing pre-tender and post-award PQQs, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to help secure new business opportunities. About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Bid Administrator to support the bid and tender process across two dynamic companies Russell Play and Wicksteed Leisure. You will be instrumental in managing pre-tender and post-award PQQs, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to help secure new business opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting growth through effective bid management, working in a collaborative environment that values your contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete pre-tender and post-award Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) for both companies
Organise, manage, and maintain bid and tender files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant
Liaise with internal teams across Russell Play and Wicksteed Leisure to gather required information and documentation
Support the bid team in preparing and submitting timely, accurate, and professional bid responses
Maintain a clear and efficient filing system for all tender and contract documentation
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of all bid-related paperwork
Assist in post-award contract documentation and compliance monitoring
Support continuous improvement of bid processes and templates
Skills And Experience
Proven experience in a bid administration or similar role, ideally in construction, leisure, or manufacturing sectors
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with document management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience working across multiple companies or departments is a plus
