Ada Meher are currently partnered with a leading SaaS company in the BIM space, helping tier one construction companies globally use technology to increase efficiency and accuracy in delivery of large scale projects. They are looking for a Senior Information Manager, with direct experience in the BIM space, to join them and take ownership over a number of enterprise level project deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have come from an AEC industry background and have experience working with Architectural, Structural or MEP modellers and relevant technologies. You will also need the drive and personality traits to be able to achieve delivery of these BIM projects whilst managing budget and deadlines effectively.
The business has always operated with a remote-first model, as they prefer to manage their staff with both autonomy and accountability against defined objectives, so whilst this role is open to predominantly remote work candidates should be located within an hour of Central London and available to travel to client site as needed.
To Be Considered:
- Strong experience in the AEC Industry – eg Architecture or MEP
- Experience working with industry standard modelling technologies such as Autodesk Revit
- Strong knowledge of construction specific technology such as COBie data forms
- Knowledge of standards such as PAS1192, BS1192, ISO 19650 or CIC BIM would be a benefit
- Experience of data exchange formats
