Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling digital agency as they look to recruit a Senior QA Engineer to work with their QA and Support team as they continue to grow towards ambitious growth targets year on year. The role will involve working on a number of projects simultaneously across both Web and Mobile as well as setting the standards & processes for QA across the business.
Due to the nature of the business, this role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with manual testing, with a longer-term strategy to move towards automation. The business works with flexibility at its core and is happy to allow the team to work mainly remotely, meeting up in the office for team days a couple of times a week. They also offer flexibility in hours and holiday days, to ensure that employees are able to make the job work around their other life commitments.
- Prior experience in a Manual QA role testing both Mobile and Web Apps
- Experience with industry standard QA tooling (such as Browserstack / Postman)
- Experience with mentoring more junior team members (currently one Jnr QA)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
