BIM Specialist (MEP) – Reading (Hybrid) – £50k\\n\\n3-day weekend | Personal Development Opportunities | Private Medical\\n \\nAda Meher is partnered with a Building Services Consultancy in Reading as they seek a BIM Specialist to join their established BIM function working on high profile projects across the UK. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities from Revit 3D modelling to clash detection and COBie data focused work on projects across all RIBA stages and rooted in MEP.\\n\\nThe business are extremely people-centric, prioritising work/life balance and a culture of autonomy for their staff. As such, this role comes with flexible and remote working options as well as the opportunity to opt into their 9-day fortnight scheme – making every other weekend 3 days long!\\n \\nTo Be Considered:\\n\\n3+ years experience in a BIM focused role\\nStrong experience in MEP based model creation using Revit\\nExperience with model co-ordination & clash detection (Navisworks/ACC)\\nExperience with industry-standard data formats (COBie/IFC)\\nAny knowledge around ISO 19650 would be a benefitAs well as their commitment to work/life balance, the business also has a very good reputation for the personal development opportunities that they create for their employees with resources and support available to all to help learn new technologies or take the next step in their careers.
