Opportunity to Develop & Implement Design Processes/Standards | Progression & Shares Opportunity | 2pdw in office | Flexible Culture | Agile Scrum
Ada Meher is partnered on a search with a leading FinTech business with offices on Deansgate as they recruit an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to join them as they look to redefine and improve the look and feel of their core products as part of a wider Digital Transformation. This would be the first role of this kind in the business and would offer the right candidate the opportunity to work directly with Users & the SLT on implementing standardised Design Systems/Processes & Brand Consistency across the product set and grow out the Product Design department in their own image as the business scales.
The platforms that you would be working on carry a high level of granular information and complex data, so the business are looking for a Designer who believes in making evidence-backed design choices to re-imagine the UI of the products in a way that delivers the information in an engaging way that has usability at the heart of every decision. In return, there is both a real ownership and autonomy over these processes and a natural progression path for this role as the Product Design function grows in tandem with the other technical teams.
As a hybrid employer, this business is set up to support remote and flexible working allowing their employees to get the most out of home life whilst also contributing to the ongoing success of the team. They ask for an office presence 2dpw, to collaborate with the team in person.
To Be Considered:
- Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX/UI for Software Platforms
- A demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioural Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices
- You should be an expert with Figma and other associated tools to bring your designs to life
- Whilst not a necessity, if a candidate has prior experience working on software platforms within Financial Services/other heavily regulated industries that would be a bonus
The client are at the very start of an exciting new chapter in their development, following the acquisition of the business by an equity group. They are looking to overhaul the current platforms & processes to the latest standards before then progressing their products down a strategic roadmap into a full SaaS offering and growing out the teams. As such, they are looking for individuals who seek a long-term opportunity to grow with the business as they achieve this, with progression pathways into Lead and Head of roles as well as Share Options available longer term for the right candidate.
We are expecting a strong response to this UX/UI Product Designer role, so please apply within or send a CV to matthew.coney@adameher.com today for consideration.
