Studio / Project Coordinator – Leeds (Hybrid) - £30k-£40k Digital Agency | Hybrid Remote | Flexible Schedule | Personal Development Opportunity | 12 month FTC Ada Meher is proud to be engaged on a search for a Studio or Project Coordinator on behalf of a scaling Digital Agency as they maintain their commitment to quality delivery, resource planning and operational excellence amidst continued client successes. They build websites, apps and digital platforms and require an organised delivery professional to ensure projects remain on track, budgets are accurately monitored, and nothing falls between the gaps with developers, account managers and clients. As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 2 days a week in the Central Leeds office space and the rest working remotely. They also offer a flexible schedule, need to drop the kids off at school? Got an appointment? Prefer to make up an hour late in the evening to go for a long walk at lunch? All fine - it's up to you to manage your workload the way that works best for you. As a Studio / Project Coordinator you would work closely with Developers, Account Managers and the wider delivery team to coordinate project activity, maintain accurate roadmaps and resource plans, and ensure budgets, retainers and SLA requests are proactively managed. This role focuses on delivery coordination rather than owning client relationships, with Account Managers taking responsibility for commercial discussions and client ownership. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across a busy agency environment. To be considered: * Prior experience in a Project Coordinator, Studio Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator or similar role within a Digital, Web or Software Agency environment. * Experience coordinating developer allocations, sprint planning and project schedules. * Experience maintaining Jira boards, tickets and delivery documentation. * Comfortable working with project budgets, retainers and resource utilisation data, including identifying budget drift before issues arise. * Experience tracking SLA requests and ensuring tasks and dependencies are progressing appropriately. Although on an initial 12 month contract, there is a likelihood this will lead to a permanent role and our client offers various opportunities to learn and develop whether through professional qualifications, exposure to business projects or informal lunch and learns, hosted by your colleagues. It is the ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking progression and growth in the workplace. The company in question is highly regarded not only in the solutions they provide their clients but the working environment they create with many fantastic perks such as generous leave allowance, away days and performance related incentives, flexible working days and remote working days. They offer a competitive salary and excellent autonomy. This role is attracting a high volume of applicants so be sure to get into contact ASAP to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
