Ada Meher is undergoing a search on behalf of one of their key clients to find a Database professional to join their team working on the management, architecture and availability of the data stored across their multi-cluster structure.

The only key requirement is solid SQL Querying experience, as the business is happy to develop skills in the wider administration including Linux and CI/CD with Jenkins. The wider technology stack is LAMP based, so experience working on similar platforms would be a benefit.

The company puts a big focus on training and progression and can offer a training budget for the betterment of each and every one of their technical team. They also work hybrid remote, with the team coming into the office 3 days a week to collaborate with colleagues and working the rest of the week remotely.

To be considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in a SQL focused role
  • Expert knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL querying
  • Experience working with Data Clusters would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a LAMP stack environment would be ideal
  • Any knowledge of AWS is desirable but not essential

The ideal candidate will have both the experience working within a technical team where they are troubleshooting complex database focused queries, as well as enthusiasm for the chance to develop themselves personally and grow in a role.
