Ada Meher is proud to be engaged on a search for a Digital Project Manager on behalf of a scaling Digital Agency as they maintain their commitment to quality and process amongst continued client successes. They aim to deliver robust, reliable technology in a sensible timescale to ensure they don't create internal burn-out or compromise quality for speed.
As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company works on a hybrid basis with employees spending 1-2 days a week in the Central Leeds office space and the rest working remotely. They also offer an entirely flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your workload in a way that works best for you.
As a Digital Project Manager, you would work closely with the Tech Director and development team to ensure projects are delivered successfully, within budget and on time. The ideal candidate should have experience in scheduling, time management, process management and work well with the internal team. While not an absolute necessity, ideally candidates will have prior exposure to an agency environment.
To be considered:
- Prior experience in a Project Manager role
- Experience working to Agile/Scrum/KANBAN methodologies
- Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence or similar
- Agency experience is a benefit
- Ability to champion and improve processes
