A leading SaaS vendor and consultancy in the Property Management sector in London is looking to recruit an Application / Software Support Specialist to work with their Client Services team. This role offers the opportunity to progress into a Service Desk Manager position as the team continues to grow.

The role will initially involve operational support for various SaaS and data/dashboarding platforms, such as HubSpot and financial & property management platforms (e.g., MRI Qube). Responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing support escalation
  • Technical documentation
  • Testing and release support of the systems
  • Continuous improvements and upgrades

This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven and ambitious, capable of working independently while utilising available resources for personal development. The company prioritises work/life balance, offering a hybrid working model with employees spending 3 days a week in the office and the remainder working remotely. A flexible schedule is also provided, allowing autonomy in managing workloads as long as client needs are met.

To Be Considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Technical Product Support role in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent experience with widely used CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with SaaS, System Integrations, or Cloud-based platforms
  • Demonstrable experience working to SLAs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience in test management and technical documentation
