A tech consultancy in Bristol is searching for a Full Stack Typescript Engineer to join them working on a variety of greenfield client project deliveries. The role will be focused on hands-on coding on complex features, as well as having technical input on projects from ideation through to delivery.
The tech stack is centred around Typescript, with Node & Nest.js on the backend and React/Next.js frontend with serverless Azure/AWS deployed architectures. Strong Typescript skills are a must.
As a flexible working business, employees work remotely most of the time and will get together in their offices, based in central Bristol, 1-2 days per week. Candidates should be local enough to the South West for a weekly office presence to be realistic. They also allow flexibility in working hours, enabling candidates to deliver their work while accommodating other commitments.
- Strong experience with Next.js (bonus points for App Router)
- Excellent approach to best practice (e.g., testing with Jest/Playwright or similar)
- Experience with Cloud Computing (Azure/GCP/AWS) and serverless architecture; CI/CD experience would be a bonus
- Any knowledge of Nest.js / Serverless architecture would also be a bonus
The business has an excellent reputation for the quality of the software they produce and is looking for a like-minded individual who will benefit from an environment where they have the autonomy to drive such standards on greenfield projects they can really take ownership of.
If that sounds like you, then please get in touch or send a CV to matthew.coney@adameher.com ASAP for consideration.
