Ada Meher is partnered with a Building Services Consultancy in Leeds as they seek a Revit Technician to join their established Digital Construction function working on high profile projects across the UK. The role is primarily focused on Revit modelling on MEP based projects but will also offer the successful candidate the chance to develop skills in BIM Co-ordination from clash detection to COBie data validation work on projects across all RIBA stages and rooted in MEP.
The business is extremely people-centric, prioritising work/life balance and a culture of autonomy for their staff. As such, this role comes with flexible working options, asking for 2-3 days a week office presence in Bristol, as well as the opportunity to opt into their 9-day fortnight scheme – making every other weekend 3 days long!
To Be Considered:
- 2+ years experience working with Revit
- Strong experience in MEP based model creation using Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Any knowledge of model co-ordination & clash detection (Navisworks/ACC) would be a bonus
