A leading SaaS business with offices in Central Brighton is recruiting an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join them as they modernise and redevelop the frontend of their core product – a React based SPA – as a greenfield project. You would be working as part of a larger Product Design team and have the opportunity to work on feature design from ideation to delivery with the creative freedom to influence the shape of the product.
The platforms you would be working on carry a high level of granular information and complex data, so the business is looking for a Designer who believes in making evidence-backed design choices to re-imagine the UI of the products in an engaging way that has usability at the heart of every decision. In return, there is real ownership and autonomy over these decisions as well as a culture that values employee well-being and experience above all else.
As a hybrid employer, this business supports remote and flexible working, allowing employees to balance home life while contributing to the ongoing success of the team. They ask for an office presence 2 days per week to collaborate with the team in person.
To Be Considered:- Strong experience within a Product Design role focused on UX and UI for Web-based SaaS Platforms or Apps
- A demonstrable track record using A/B Testing, Behavioural Design & User Research to make data-informed Design Choices
- Experience working with HotJar, Google Analytics, Crazy Egg or similar for data analytics
- Expertise with Figma and other associated tools to bring designs to life
- Experience with creating dashboards or apps involving a high level of data
- Familiarity with a Design System based on shancn would be a benefit
The business prides itself on its culture and values, seeking candidates who share ideals around treating everyone as you’d like to be treated, investing in each other, caring for those around you, and striving to continually improve. Alongside an award-winning culture, they offer a 20% bonus scheme, private medical, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, and a £1000 personal development budget.
