Ada Meher is partnered with an MEP focused pre-fabrication business in the decarbonisation space as they seek a BIM Engineer with a strong background in MEP works to join their established team. The role is primarily focused on Revit modelling on MEP based design and installation projects across the UK and Europe but will also offer the successful candidate the chance to develop skills in other areas through their dedicated Learning & Development team, and with each employee having their own budget to spend on training courses & certifications.

The business is founder owned, and extremely proud of their culture. They offer a welcoming environment and endeavour to give employees the autonomy to deliver their work whilst also being able to balance work commitments with life commitments and having opportunities to further their careers. They believe in collaboration across teams, and that this is best achieved through being predominantly office based, but there is also some flexibility for some home working. You can also expect a 3pm finish on Fridays and a generous 30 days leave allowance.

To Be Considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in BIM modelling with Revit MEP
  • Experience in MEP based schematics and design work
  • Experience with model co-ordination & clash detection (Navisworks/ACC)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with ISO 19650 would be a bonus
