Ada Meher is partnered with a Building Services Consultancy in Leeds as they seek a BIM Specialist to join their established BIM function working on high profile projects across the UK. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities from Revit 3D modelling to clash detection and COBie data focused work on projects across all RIBA stages and rooted in MEP.
The business is extremely people-centric, prioritising work/life balance and a culture of autonomy for their staff. As such, this role comes with flexible and remote working options as well as the opportunity to opt into their 9-day fortnight scheme – making every other weekend 3 days long!
To Be Considered:
- 4+ years experience in a BIM focused role
- Strong experience in MEP based model creation using Revit
- Experience with model co-ordination & clash detection (Navisworks/ACC)
- Experience with industry-standard data formats (COBie/IFC)
- Any knowledge around ISO 19650 would be a benefit
