Ada Meher are working with a Tier One Contractor in Belfast as they recruit for a BIM Information Manager to join them working on information co‑ordination and audit for a number of high profile projects. The successful candidate will co‑coordinate with stakeholders and Design/MEP teams on the implementation of BIM processes and standards on Building Services projects at the largest and most complex level.

Responsibilities & Expectations

Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a BIM related role in the AEC sector
- Strong experience on Information & Asset Management (ie COBie/Uniclass/IFC)
- Experience with ISO 19650 and associated protocols/compliance
- Strong experience with CDE (ie Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Experience with data validation using COBie & IFC data formats
- As this is a client facing role, excellent communication skills are also a must
