Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling SaaS vendor and consultancy in the Property Management sector in London as they look to recruit an Application / Software Support Specialist to work with their Client Services team and with the opportunity to progress into a Service Desk Manager role as the team continues to grow.

The role will initially involve working on operational support for a number of SaaS and data/dashboarding platforms, such as HubSpot and financial and property management platforms (ie MRI Qube). You would be responsible for the ongoing support escalation, technical documentation, testing and release support of the systems as well as continuous improvements and upgrades.

This role would suit someone who is self-driven and ambitious enough to work independently as well as take advantage of the resources and expertise made available to them internally to aid their personal development. This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development opportunities.

As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company works on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in office and the rest working remotely. They also offer a flexible schedule – as long as clients’ needs are met and work is getting done you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload the way that works best for you!

To Be Considered:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Technical Product Support role in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent experience working with widely used CRM platforms (eg HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience working directly on SaaS, System Integrations or Cloud-based platforms
  • Demonstrable experience working to SLAs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience in test management and technical documentation
