Ada Meher is currently working with a scaling SaaS vendor & consultancy in the Property Management sector in London as they look to recruit an Application / Software Support Specialist to work with their Client Services team and with the opportunity to progress into a Service Desk Manager role as the team continues to grow.
The role will initially involve working on operational support for a number of SaaS and data/dashboarding platforms, such as HubSpot and financial & property management platforms (ie MRI Qube). You would be responsible for the ongoing support escalation, technical documentation, testing and release support of the systems as well as continuous improvements & upgrades.
This is a real focus for the client and every member of staff has their own personal development opportunities. As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the company work on a hybrid basis with employees spending 3 days a week in office and the rest working remotely.
