Role Overview: This role involves administration related to Industry Placements, organising industry partner events, maintaining relationships with key industry partners, and providing student support for apprenticeships.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer all duties associated with industry placements.
  • Organise and deliver industry partner attraction events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners.
  • Provide student‑facing support for students applying for apprenticeships.
  • Work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Educated to A Level and GCSE passes in English and Maths (essential).
  • Experience/knowledge of administration in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent ICT skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Professional attitude and excellent attendance.

Salary & Working Conditions:

  • Salary: £12,947 – £13,334 pa (pro‑rated to 0.4 FTE).
