As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. You will become an expert in communicating the value of Ada’s AI agents, consult with prospective clients across different industries, learn about their business challenges and goals, and explain how Ada can help. You will go through a training program to gain product knowledge and use a variety of sales tools, including the AI‑powered stack our SDR team uses every day to cut research time and run smarter, faster outreach. About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results‑driven and a team player.
- Highly curious, self‑motivated and excited about learning in an accelerated environment.
- Enjoys making cold calls and outside‑the‑box thinking.
- Previous SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
Outcomes
- Craft and deploy personalized omni‑channel campaigns to prospective clients.
- Qualify prospective clients on video and phone calls.
- Become an Ada product expert.
- Develop new outbound prospecting strategies and optimize existing ones.
- Use modern sales tools, including Outreach, LinkedIn, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build long‑term relationships with new accounts.
