The Role
This is an important position within our adverts team. We are seeking a professional, organised and proactive individual who can confidently manage administrative responsibilities and contribute positively to our ongoing growth. Previous administrative experience is highly desirable, and we are particularly keen to appoint someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing accurate work.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely within the adverts team
- Writing and posting job adverts with strong attention to detail
- Handling client support requests professionally and efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
- Maintaining an organised and efficient office environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
- Strong IT skills and confidence using office systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written English and grammar skills
