We are looking for a kind, caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly domiciliary care team, providing high-quality care and support to people in their own homes across Maidenhead and Windsor. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in making a positive difference to people's everyday lives. Previous care experience is desirable, but we are also happy to consider applicants who have the right attitude, compassion and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Helping with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
- Supporting with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Assisting with medication as required
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence and dignity
- Following individual care plans and ensuring clients receive safe, person-centred care
- Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's condition to the appropriate person
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Previous domiciliary care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and support can be provided for the right candidate. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be a requirement due to travelling between clients.
