What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the delivery and objectives of the business plan and strategy through the quality framework and strategy.
- Ensuring standards within services meet the people they support, organisation and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure they are operating, within services placing authority contract, to ensure delivery of provision, which meets both the standard expected and the requirement of support needed.
What They’re Looking For:
- Level 5 diploma or professional qualification in related field.
- Completion of all social care mandatory training or willing to complete.
- Evidence of continued professional development and personal development.
- In depth understanding of the social care sector.
- In depth understanding of quality systems suitable for a care or support organisation.
- In depth understanding of the social model of disability, person centred support and co-production.
- Experience of working within a service audited by CQC, RQIA, CIW and or OFSTED.
- Management experience in the social care sector with direct experience in the management of services for disabled people.
