A not-for-profit organisation is looking for a passionate, creative communicator with project management skills to join their Marketing and Communications team. Their role is to support the organisation's teams and departments in promoting community, youth, employment and skills as well as energy efficiency projects.

Their responsibilities include engaging with London’s diverse range of communities, ensuring they know what services are available to benefit them, and celebrating their good news stories. They work closely with project delivery teams to develop and implement digital marketing and communications strategies that are specific to each of their wide range of environmental and social action projects. This means they can effectively promote and increase engagement with their projects and services and highlight the real changes they make to people’s lives.

  • Managing content calendars across various platforms including social media campaigns (organic and paid), websites and PR
  • Developing and maintaining strong media relations to deliver positive media coverage for a charity or company
  • Producing and editing high-quality video content as well as producing graphic designs for web and print
  • Using SEO and paid campaigns, as well as setting up analytics to monitor and report on performance of communications and campaigns
  • Photography and videography with DSLR cameras or smartphones
  • Managing websites using CMS like Wordpress, Wix or Shopify
