About the Role
As a Quality Improvement Partner, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the organisation. You will:
- Support the delivery of their business plan and strategy through their Quality Framework.
- Ensure that standards within services meet the expectations of the people they support, organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively to support services in achieving ratings of Good, Outstanding, or equivalent with regulatory bodies.
This is a home‐based role, with some national travel required to support services across the organisation.
