The Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to work as a Learning Manager. The Learning Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering learning activities that enhance the Cathedral’s heritage while respecting its sacred purpose. Working within a busy and collaborative team, the postholder will ensure learning activities are properly delivered and align with the Cathedral’s mission. This role involves line-managing teams of casual Learning Assistants and volunteer Guides.
The post-holder will increase awareness of the Cathedral’s heritage through development and delivery of high-quality programmes of learning for schools, visiting groups and adult learners; activities for families, children, and young people; guided tours; and generate income from such educational activities.
