But theyre more than just a digital agency; they're their client's key partner in growth.Joining their performance division, youll be part of a team of SEO experts and paid media trailblazers. Working across outreach, technical SEO, digital PR, social media and moretheres not a part of performance marketing they dont deliver.Their superpower is helping ambitious brands accelerate their growth in the digital economy, and they work with some pretty cool clients like Cruise.co.uk, tombola, and Hammonds.The RoleTheyre looking for an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Partner to join us in a standalone capacity, owning all things L&D while being an integral part of the wider People team.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the development agenda across the business, with full autonomy over strategy, design, and delivery.Although youll be the sole L&D specialist, you wont be working in isolation. Youll collaborate closely with People team colleagues, leaders, and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure learning and development is aligned with their culture and goals.Youll be responsible for:Leading the creation and implementation of their L&D strategy; identifying priorities, designing solutions, and delivering outcomesDesigning and facilitating leadership and management development programmes (note: while you wont manage a team, you must have delivered in this space)Partnering with stakeholders at all levels, from Junior employees to SLT, to understand needs and deliver targeted learning interventionsDesigning and delivering team development workshops, for example, self-awareness, communication and using tools like Insights or StrengthscopeRunning impactful 1:1 coaching sessions with managers to support development and capability buildingDeveloping and managing their LMS; building content catalogues, career pathways, and working with external learning providersContributing to a performance-focused learning culture, aligned with their values and business directionManaging your own diary and working flexiblyideal for someone who values autonomy and ownership.
