Group Finance Manager Location: Doncaster Salary: £42,000 - £49,000 per annum Vacancy Type: Full-Time The company are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Group Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function across their growing hotel group. Working closely with senior management and supported by a Finance Assistant, you will take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow. Monitor performance against budget and investigate variances. Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations. Review and support the work of the Finance Assistant. Oversee payroll reconciliation and financial controls. Monitor departmental costs, margins and profitability. Manage VAT returns and support year-end accounts and audit. Maintain strong financial processes and controls across the group. Support the implementation and ongoing use of Sage Intacct and integration with Opera PMS. Provide financial analysis and commercial support to senior management. About You Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar. Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills. Comfortable working across multiple businesses or locations. Commercially minded with strong attention to detail. Hospitality or multi-site experience would be advantageous. ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified/part-qualified, or strong relevant experience.
