Digital Content Executive

Location: London

Salary: £25,500 per annum, dependant on experience

Their range of print and digital products, as well as in-person and online events, provide primary legal, regulatory and policy information and reporting to businesses worldwide.

The Role

The company are looking for a Digital Content Executive and is offering the opportunity to work within a brilliant team connecting legal experts worldwide.

A dynamic and integral role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the content management system. You will also be responsible for digital book launches and all other content changes. It is essential that you are highly organised, conscientious and have a positive mindset. It is also imperative that you can adhere to their workflow policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for uploading content to the CMS.
  • Work alongside the Production team on all book launches.
  • Responsible for editing / formatting all content changes.
  • Work with the website developer to identify any CMS issues and suggest solutions.
  • Feed in future CMS requirements / changes.

The Product

As the Digital Content Executive, you will play an integral role in how their legal publications, namely The International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG.com) and company Insights (Globallegalinsights.com), together with their other brands, are represented across their websites.

The ICLG series provides indispensable information from leading legal minds to empower learning across their global community of law firms, businesses, governments and high net worth individuals. The GLI series brings crucial discussion points into focus, advancing the industry and delivering educational thought leadership to their global community.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A natural ability for attention to detail.
  • The ability to pick up new processes and procedures.
  • Commendable project management skills.
  • The ability to manage a sizeable workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to identify technical solutions.
  • Sound editing and proofreading abilities, with an impeccable grasp of the English language.

A working knowledge of WordPress and previous CMS experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
