Our client is a family run care home set in 5 acres of beautiful countryside. They support 35 elderly residents with varying needs, and they aim to provide a 'home from home' environment where residents are supported and cared for by a dedicated and consistent team.
The Role
- Supporting residents with all aspects of personal care whilst respecting dignity and privacy
- Maintaining appropriate records in relation to care provided
- Encouraging independence and working to a high standard of care practice
- Working with a person centred approach including involving each resident
Skills and Qualifications
- Full UK driving License
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Training is given and opportunities available for staff to complete diplomas in health and social care ranging from level 2 to level 5.
