Registered General Nurse Location : Poole BH16 6JN Salary: £21 per hour Are you the candidate the organisation are looking for? At the organisation they are recruiting for a Registered General Nurse. The Role As a Registered General Nurse you will be required to hold a valid NMC Pin and provide the details to the organisation. Your duties will include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported. You will be involved in assessments, medication administration and care planning implementation and evaluation. The organisationis a residential transitional service for up to 13 young adults, based in Poole, Dorset. Residents have physical and intellectual disabilities and associated medical needs. Their residents, are supported to access the local community, gain life skills and attend further education and courses. Their core values are at the heart of everything they do, with an inclusive environment that promotes independent living skills and interests. Benefits Happy Birthday to you! If your service is rated good or equivalent by CQC in all domains, all staff will receive a £30 gift voucher. If rated outstanding, all staff will receive a £50 gift voucher. They want to reward staff in a range of ways for their hard work. You can be nominated for a recognition letter from a member of the Executive Leadership Team and you may also be nominated to receive a gift voucher up to £50 for going above and beyond within your role. Excellent training package provided for all staff. Generous Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years. Increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years.
