Ad Warrior Ltd is recruiting for a RECONNECT Pathway Lead to develop and deliver a female-focused pathway in Cambridgeshire & Bedfordshire. You will work with women before and after release, coordinating support in the community and custodial settings to ensure continuity of care and access to health, housing and wellbeing services.
The role requires trauma-informed practice, strong partnership building and leadership to guide staff and volunteers.
