Domestic Electrical Supervisor

An experienced Domestic Electrical Supervisor is required to join our existing team for new and existing contracts within the Midlands area, primarily looking after 1-day kitchen and bathroom or rewire teams. Ensuring that the organisation complies with all aspects of NICEIC accreditation and to communicate those requirements to the engineers. You will be responsible for a small number of electricians, ensuring their work meets with the Client and Orton standards. Typical contracts include inspections, electrical upgrades, rewires and repair and maintenance works.
The successful candidate must be/have:
- Fully qualified Gold Card electrician
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience in inspection, testing, certification and reporting procedures for electrical installation in domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
- Carry out daily site inspections
- Technical support for operativesPractical completion of individual sites and process paperwork
- Tenant liaison interface
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail
- Capable of using computer software and email
- Organised, with high quality standards
- Good communication skills, internal and client facing
- Flexibility towards working environment
