We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Contracts Manager to join our growing team, delivering electrical construction projects across commercial, industrial, rail and other specialist infrastructure environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of multiple projects from award through to completion. Working closely with clients, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle whilst ensuring high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Management Manage electrical projects from contract award through to completion and handover. Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and specialist suppliers. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project programmes. Monitor project performance against programme, budget and contractual requirements. Chair and attend review meetings. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. Support site teams in overcoming technical and operational challenges.

Commercial & Contractual Management Work closely with the commercial team to maximise project profitability. Identify and implement efficiency and better buying strategies Identify, manage and submit variations, compensation events and change requests. Raise and manage RFIs, TQs and technical clarifications. Support monthly cost reporting, forecasting and project reviews. Assist with preparation of applications for
