The Forward Trust in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Women’s Recovery Champion to join our Recovery Support Team on a permanent full-time basis (35 hours per week). The role involves carrying a small caseload, delivering individual and group recovery sessions, and helping clients access housing, benefits, training and employment support.
You will work closely with partners to build community recovery pathways while upholding professional boundaries and applying harm reduction approaches.
