Senior Residential Childcare Worker

Location: Anstruther, Fife area

Salary : £30,121 – £34,941 per year (plus additional £1,980 – £2,530 for potential sleepovers)

Contract : 38.5 hours per week

What we\’re looking for:

* At least 2 years\’ experience in a residential care setting (young people or adults)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* The ability to stay calm and compassionate in challenging situations

* A full driving licence

* A relevant care qualification (HNC, SCQF 7/SVQ 3), or the willingness to gain this
