Due to expanding, they\’re looking for enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiators to join their dynamic team.
The Role
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you\’ll be the face of the company. guiding clients through their property journey with expertise, energy, and exceptional service. From conducting viewings to negotiating deals, you\’ll play a vital role in both their sales and lettings departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Registering buyers and tenants, and matching them to suitable properties
* Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback
* Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
* Liaising with landlords, vendors, and applicants
* Ensuring all activities comply with current legislation and company procedures
* Supporting the team with general office duties and administration
Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in estate agency preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A professional, confident, and friendly manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive and target-driven approach
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required
* A desire to commit to a full time career within their industry
