The Forward Trust is seeking a part-time Learning and Development Facilitator (remote/hybrid) to deliver engaging, inclusive learning across the organisation. You will work 28 hours per week with occasional travel to services, shaping staff knowledge and practical skills to support clients effectively.
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you’ll cover induction, compliance, EDI, leadership development and trauma-informed practice across virtual and in-person formats.
