Online Day Programme Recovery Worker (Qualified)
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £29,441 per annum plus benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Online Day Programme Recovery Worker to join our team on the National Recovery Online Programme.
You will be working remotely within the National Recovery Online Programme Team, connected to Clouds House, to provide support to drug, alcohol and behavioural addiction users aged 18 and over. The Recovery Online service is delivered nationally and is designed to deliver an integrated combination of interventions to meet the holistic needs of service users.
You will be delivering the Forward Trust\’s Online Substance Dependency Programme which uses the 12 Step Approach and will be delivered nationally online. You will be responsible for contributing to the success of the online day programme and supporting service users to make transformational change. The aim is to ensure adequate accessibility nationally for all service users across the country, therefore the role will entail full online delivery.
Roles Responsibilities
The role will require you to work with the team to deliver the day-to-day delivery of the structured programme. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Recovery Worker and Service Manager to ensure the programme is being delivered in an effective manner, adhering to all Forward Trust policies, in accordance with Forward\’s vision, mission and values.
You will also be required to participate in marketing of the programme and attendance on online webinars, review meetings with funders and visits to other services – some of which will be in person rather than online.
Some flexibility of delivery may be required within the role which may include evening/weekend shifts as an evening and weekend programme is also available to service users with daytime commitments. You may also be required with reasonable notice to travel to other projects in your area to deliver services, enabling continuity of care for our client group.

* Working knowledge of using Microsoft office packages and video conferencing software and ability to support team and

* Experience of overseeing referral and assessment processes
* Understanding of 12 step approach
* Experience and knowledge of the range of psychosocial interventions with a primary focus on structured programme facilitation and oversight and how they benefit the service user group we work with, and be able to pass this onto direct reports,
* mentors, volunteers and trainees.
* Knowledge and experience of using client information management systems
