National Installations Manager – Kitchens and Bedrooms

The Role

As part of their strategic expansion, they are introducing a dedicated National Installations Manager role. This pivotal position will involve working closely with their established offload and positioning teams and management, as well as directly with clients, as they anticipate significant growth in installation services emerging from these relationships.

The role is central to ensuring seamless project delivery, consistent operational standards, and outstanding client satisfaction across all sites. This is a rare and high-impact opportunity to take full ownership of building and leading a nationwide installation network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the service offering from the ground up, developing a trusted network of skilled installers, and driving operational excellence across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

* Lead the national launch and rollout of their installation service for kitchens and bedrooms.

* Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for the division.

People & Partnerships:

* Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of skilled installers and subcontractors.

* Foster a high-performance culture built on professionalism and quality.

Operations & Quality:
