Location: 1 x Norfolk – including City and North, Suffolk, Essex, Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and 1 x the rest of England, Scotland and Wales

Join our client\’s team to deliver their unique Intellectual fitness programs to adults in full-time care across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Essex.
Their mission is to get people moving, spark joy, and enhance well-being in local communities!
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, 60-minute fitness classes designed for adults in care settings
- Bring energy, compassion, and creativity to create a positive, inclusive experience
- Work flexible hours, typically late mornings or early afternoons, Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Compassion & Communication: A warm, patient approach to inspire and support clients
- Organisation & Flexibility: Strong time management and adaptability to suit varied schedules
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise to Music, or equivalent recognised qualification
- Public liability insurance
- Valid driving licence and own transport (essential for travel between locations)
- Experience delivering fitness classes
- Enhanced DBS certificate (They can arrange if needed)
