Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, inclusive recovery support through 1:1 work, group sessions and interventions
- Complete robust assessments and co-create bespoke recovery plans
- Support service users with complex, co-occurring needs alongside substance use
- Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies across East Kent (housing, probation, DWP, rehabs)
- Facilitate and contribute to Forward Trust's online day programme
- Promote and support Forward Connect activities, events and reunions
- Support peer mentors and volunteers, helping build strong recovery communities
- Keep accurate records, manage caseloads and meet agreed targets
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting people with substance misuse and complex needs
- Strong assessment, engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across services and adapt to changing demand
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Confidence working independently while staying connected to your team
