Salary: £24,000 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored, inclusive recovery support through 1:1 work, group sessions and interventions
  • Complete robust assessments and co-create bespoke recovery plans
  • Support service users with complex, co-occurring needs alongside substance use
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies across East Kent (housing, probation, DWP, rehabs)
  • Facilitate and contribute to Forward Trust's online day programme
  • Promote and support Forward Connect activities, events and reunions
  • Support peer mentors and volunteers, helping build strong recovery communities
  • Keep accurate records, manage caseloads and meet agreed targets

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting people with substance misuse and complex needs
  • Strong assessment, engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across services and adapt to changing demand
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach
  • Confidence working independently while staying connected to your team
