The Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to support people in Medway, Gravesham and surrounding areas to move into work using the IPS model. You’ll manage a caseload, deliver personalised coaching, CV help, and job search support, with full IPS training provided.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Your work will involve working with local employers, building relationships, and providing ongoing in-work coaching to help participants sustain employment.
