The Forward Trust is seeking a Senior Programme & Peer Coordinator to lead the delivery of the 6-week Bridge Programme at HMP The Mount in Hertfordshire. This 12-month FTC role runs 35 hours per week and focuses on peer-led recovery and safeguarding a strong recovery culture within the prison.

You will manage intake, MET sessions, Living Clean and Seeking Safety, support Step assignments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality programme delivery and accurate reporting.
