The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with high standards and excellent communication skills to join our school as a Grounds Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one practical support, understanding safeguarding issues related to this role. Responsibilities include assisting with grounds maintenance tasks such as sweeping, litter picking, grass cutting, strimming, and tidying. Experience in caring for adults with additional needs is highly desirable.
Full training related to grounds maintenance will be provided.
